Florida Real Estate Litigation Attorney
Michael Spoliansky is a South Florida native whose legal career spans consumer defense, high-volume institutional foreclosure work, in-house investment counsel, and solo real estate litigation — a combination that gives clients a perspective few attorneys can offer.
Michael began his legal career at a full-service Consumer Defense firm in Central Florida, gaining ground-level exposure to debtor-side financial and legal disputes. He then joined Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones PLLC, a nationally recognized multi-state firm representing some of the country's largest lending institutions in foreclosure and asset recovery matters across Florida.
That institutional experience — working on the lender side of hundreds of foreclosure proceedings — gave Michael an unusually detailed understanding of how creditors think, how they move, and where they are vulnerable. It is a perspective that now directly benefits his clients on both sides of those disputes.
Prior to founding Spoliansky Law P.A., Michael served as in-house counsel to a private investment trust and property management company. He personally handled due diligence, negotiations, and litigation for residential and commercial asset acquisitions — sitting at the table on every transaction, not just reviewing documents after the fact.
That in-house role shaped the investor-centric approach that defines his practice today. When Michael advises a real estate investor or private lender, he understands the economics at stake, not just the legal mechanics.
Michael founded Spoliansky Law P.A. with a clear mission: provide serious legal representation across the full spectrum of real estate and civil matters — without the diluted attention of a firm that spreads itself too thin. Over 13+ years and thousands of cases across his career, his practice has grown to encompass real estate transactions, complex litigation, ADA defense, consumer financial services, asset protection, business disputes, contract review, personal injury, and more.
Michael also co-owns Allied Title & Trust, a boutique title company handling residential and commercial closings. That dual role — litigator and title professional — gives clients a seamless, attorney-led experience from contract through closing and into any disputes that follow.
Licensed in Florida, Washington D.C., and Colorado, with a statewide Florida practice covering all 67 counties.
